How to Use Chat in Pocket Option

Chat

The “Chat” section gives you an opportunity to communicate with the support service and other traders directly. You can also find such useful information as analytics, news, promotions and notifications. To hide the chat window, click on the Chat icon in the left panel once again. Chats in different languages become available when you change the platform language in your profile.

You can also create your own chat or channel for a selected group of traders by clicking on the “+” sign.

 

Support chat

In order to contact the Support service, go to the “Chat” section in the left panel of the trading interface and choose the “Support Team” chat.

General chat

In order to join general chat with other traders, go to the “Chat” section in the left panel of the trading interface and choose “General chat”.

Attention: Please make sure you have read the chat rules which can be found in the drop-down menu when you click on three dots.

 

Private chats

You can choose a trader from the general chat and click on his avatar to send him a private message.
 

Channels

You can find useful information, such as news and analytics, in the “Chat” section in the left panel of the trading interface in the “Channels” tab.

Notifications

Here you will be notified about new incoming messages and actions that you performed on the platform.
